These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by Elitejet Aviation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking a flight or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
All flight bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed agreement.
A deposit or full payment is required to secure a booking. Payment terms will be specified in your charter agreement.
Prices are quoted in Euros unless stated otherwise and may be subject to additional costs such as ground handling, de-icing, or last-minute changes.
Cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice period and contract terms.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
Passengers must carry valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
Dangerous goods or prohibited items are not permitted on board.
You are responsible for any damage caused to the aircraft or equipment due to misconduct.
We reserve the right to change flight schedules or aircraft type due to operational or safety requirements.
While we strive for punctuality, delays due to weather, ATC, or force majeure are beyond our control.
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed connections or business losses.
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data is collected only for the purpose of service delivery and regulatory compliance.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
